Through the book, speaking, and panel discussions, Lori and The Band of Sisters take on an important and still all-to-present manifestation of gender bias in the workplace: micro-offenses.

The Band of Sisters includes Lori Marcus, Dawn Hudson, Mitzi Short, Cie Nicholson, Katie Lacey, and Angelique Krembs – six c-suite women whose experience covers 29 industries, from large corporations to small start-ups, holding titles of CEO, CMO, SVP, Board Member, Board Advisor, Vice Chairperson, Executive Coach, and investor.
In this lively panel discussion, Lori and her colleagues spotlight some of the many situations women experience at work that marginalize their capabilities or contributions and provide pragmatic advice that Women’s Forum members will be able to put to immediate use. Their advice is geared to women looking to advance into positions of higher leadership and influence, leaders in organizations responsible for creating high performing and teams/cultures of inclusion, and anyone in organizations willing to more actively support career parity between men and women.
