Background and Experience

Ms. Marcus has 30+ years of experience as an operating executive in large, global corporations such as PepsiCo. She has been a Chief Marketing/Product Officer at both large public companies (such as Keurig Green Mountain) and smaller, high-growth enterprises (such as Peloton Interactive). In her C-suite roles reporting to CEOs, she gained extensive experience working with Corporate Boards. Ms. Marcus is herself an experienced board director, serving on public, private, and not-for-profit company boards. She is a keynote speaker on many leadership topics including work-life integrated planning. She is a founding member of the PepsiCo Band of Sisters, which offers practical hands-on solutions for companies to fully embrace diversity and inclusion.

Ms. Marcus has extensive experience helping executives prepare for c-suite and board roles. She also has significant experience working with high potential female employees, helping them to navigate the path to the c-suite and the board room.  Recently, Lori was appointed to be the head of the Board Prep Practice at Crenshaw Associates, a boutique coaching firm in NYC that services Fortune 500 C-suite and high potential executives.

Education and Certifications

Lori holds a BSE from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She completed the Brain-Based Coaching Certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute. Ms. Marcus is a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation).  She is ACC certified.
